- Lead AI Strategy: Define and execute Gainr’s AI roadmap across betting engines, liquidity optimization, and user personalization.
- Build & Scale: Oversee development of advanced ML models for predictive analytics, generative insights, and automated market-making.
- Collaborate: Work with blockchain engineers, tokenomics experts, and compliance teams to ensure AI aligns with regulatory and technical frameworks.
- Innovate: Drive research partnerships with academic institutions and contribute to Gainr’s position as a thought leader in AI-driven Web3.
- Proven leadership in AI/ML (10+ years), ideally with experience in sports analytics, fintech, or gaming.
- Expertise in reinforcement learning, predictive modeling, and generative AI.
- Familiarity with blockchain ecosystems and decentralized architectures.
- Visionary mindset with ability to translate complex AI concepts into scalable, user-centric solutions.
